Langley Point's 'giant' coverage
October 2008 to date
One of Birmingham’s flagship commercial buildings Langley Point was underway, but media coverage had been disappointing and awareness in business circles was low.

Based on one day's activity a month, our task was to significantly up the profile of Langley Point in key regional/national business and property titles directed at securing tenancy enquiries.

Through a sustained media campaign, since our appointment in 2008 we’ve secured one piece of headline coverage every month in The Birmingham Post both offline and online.  Other feature coverage has included two full pages in Property Advantage magazine including one front cover story, full pages in Midlands Business Insider, news in Estates Gazette, Property Week as well as online comment and blogs. Applying a more novel approach to hospitality events has also secured, for example, three full Post People pages.  To date, coverage in the Post alone has been valued at over £90,000 EAV.

Our impact has been widely noted.  “Even our competitors have commented on how much coverage we now get,” said Bill Houle, Trigram Properties.
